Believe in yourself. Lift a teammate up when they feel challenged. Celebrate each other's differences. This is what we do at Girls on the Run. It is not just an after-school program, you are part of a community that empowers and impacts participants, coaches, and communities for life.

Girls on the Run offers a fall and spring 10-week after-school program for 3rd- to 8th-grade girls. The nonprofit helps participants build confidence, increase their level of physical activity, and learn essential life skills such as managing emotions, resolving conflicts, and forming friendships.

Girls on the Run provides over 50% of participants with scholarships to participate in the program. No girl is ever turned away due to financial barriers. Your fundraising supports quality, afterschool programming for girls throughout the region!
