The Cypress 5k Challenge – 5,000 Meters of Challenge
This isn’t your neighborhood 5K. You get to finish in style and receive an official Louisiana Marathon 5K Medal.

If you are hoping to participate in The Louisiana Marathon festivities, but are looking for something a little less than 26.2 or 13.1 miles, then this is it! Or perhaps you are taking part in LA49 to 1 and want to start off on the right foot….then we can’t wait to see you!

Sprinters, joggers, walkers can all participate in this event. Strollers and Baby Joggers are allowed, but are asked to remain towards the back of the group for safety purposes.

Yes, the Saturday, January 14, 2012, 5K includes course entertainment…you will like what we have in store for you!

Fees: $30.00 December 1st – Jan 8th

The Half at The Louisiana Marathon


Join the fastest growing race distance in the country. Custom designed Louisiana Half Marathon medals will be awarded for all finishers and awards will be 3 deep in each division for the Louisiana Half Marathon.
