Bibi’s Patisserie is a completely gluten and peanut free light manufacturing facility and attached retail bakery/cafe in Lafayette, Louisiana. The company, founded in 2009 by husband and wife duo, Nathan Raffel and Hannah Ellaham-Raffel opened their first retail location in 2011. Bibis’ is all about making healthier food accessible to more people. All of our baked goods are gluten-free and low-glycemic, with many vegan options as well. To top it all off, we have over a decade of combined experience serving the needs of folks with dietary restrictions. We have countless ways to alter our recipes to cater to any food allergy combination imaginable, and it still tastes delicious!

When the Juban family opened their restaurant in 1983, the culinary world took immediate notice as Esquire Magazine crowned Juban’s Creole Restaurant one of the Best New Restaurants in America. Not long after opening their doors, by popular demand, Juban’s expanded their services to on and off-site catering. In 2002, the family decided to double the size of their restaurant, offering nine elegantly appointed dining rooms with accommodations from 4 to 140 guests for seminars or seated dinners. Each room is equipped with wireless internet access and has audiovisual capabilities. Their facilities can also serve over 350 guests for special cocktail or wedding receptions.
