We are proud to announce that The Expo at The Louisiana Marathon has moved to a bigger convention space on the first floor of the Baton Rouge River Center. As the event continues to grow, these changes are necessary and we thank our friends and supporters at the River Center, Mardi Gras organizations, Visit Baton Rouge and City Hall to make this possible.

The Expo at The Louisiana Marathon will feature exhibitors showcasing the latest trends, designs, and advances in running shoes and apparel from various sports, fitness, and nutrition information and products. For 2015, we will once again be in the Baton Rouge River Center.
Learn more about the world of running, health & fitness and the products & services from key partners and sponsors of The Louisiana Marathon. We are also be fortunate to have our charity partners present to address any questions about their causes and inviting you to participate in their outreach efforts.
The best thing about the expo is that it is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
EXPO & PACKET PICKUP HOURS

RESERVE A BOOTH
Exhibitors and potential exhibitors can check availability and reserve a booth via BoothBoss.com at the Expo for the 2015 event.
As an Exhibitor, you may purchase a Virtual Race Bag addition during Boothboss registration or you may go to our Shop and purchase a Standard or Premium Ad.
We have partnered with Virtual Race Bags to produce a ‘virtual goody bag’ in an effort to go green and provide additional benefits to our participants. All participants of this year’s event will receive an invitation email to our Virtual Goody Bag prior to the event. Each goody bag will include an array of valuable information including exclusive offers, coupons and sponsor messages.
PACKET PICK UP & LATE REGISTRATION
The Expo is the only place you can pick-up your registration packet. Bring a picture ID. If the races are not filled to capacity, there will be a registration booth at the expo. There will not be race day registration or race day packet pick-up.
Every participant in the Marathon, Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon, 5K and Kids Marathon will receive an Official Participant Guide via e-mail in which will a link to receive another confirmation email. There will also be links on the website if you need to receive another confirmation email. Bring a print out of your confirmation email and your photo ID to the Expo to pick up your packet. For The Advocate 5K, only your photo ID is needed.
There will not be race-day pick-up available. Participants must present a government issued ID to pick up race packet. Proxy Packet Pick-up (picking up a packet for someone else) the process is as follows: a photo copy of that participant’s photo ID is required. This copy will be retained until the completion of the event weekend as proof of packet distribution. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you wish to have your packet picked up by proxy the photo copy of your drivers license will be retained as proof of pick up. There is No Race Day Packet Pick-Up. Please see FAQ section of the website.

Registered Participants should receive a confirmation email during the registration process. While you only need your legal photo ID, we also recommend printing your confirmation and bringing it to packet pickup at The Expo on January 17th & 18th. (You may want to add getmeregistered.com domain to your Spam/Junk email safe sender list.)

2014 EXPO EXHIBITORS
There is plenty of street and garage parking for the expo near the Baton Rouge River Center. Parking is free at the Belle of Baton Rouge parking garages which are about 2 blocks away. Flat rate and hourly rate garages and lots are nearby as well as metered spaces. The City of Baton Rouge manages the Baton Rouge River Center on St. Lewis Street. These parking garages can hold up to 1,300 vehicles.
