PACKET PICK UP & LATE REGISTRATION
The Expo is the only place you can pick-up your registration packet. Bring a picture ID. If the races are not filled to capacity, there will be a registration booth at the expo. There will not be race day registration or race day packet pick-up.
Every participant in the marathon, half marathon, 5K and Kids Marathon will receive an Official Participant Guide via e-mail in which includes a link to print your confirmation ticket. There will also be links on the website if you need to receive another confirmation email. Bring a print out of your confirmation email and your photo ID to the Expo to pick up your packet. For The Advocate 5K, only your photo ID is needed.
There is absolutely no race day pick-up available. Participants must present a government issued ID to pick up race packet. Proxy Packet Pick-up (picking up a packet for someone else) the process is as follows: a copy of that participants photo ID is required and an acknowledgment of proxy pick-up will need to be signed. This copy will be retained until the completion of the event weekend as proof of packet distribution. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you wish to have your packet picked up by proxy the photo copy of your drivers license will be retained as proof of pick up. There is No Race Day Packet Pick-Up. Registered Participants should confirm your registration. While you only need your legal photo ID, we also recommend printing your confirmation and bringing it to packet pickup at The Expo on January 17th & 18th. (You may want to add getmeregistered.com domain to your Spam/Junk email safe sender list.)

EXPO PARKING
There is plenty of street and garage parking for the expo near the Baton Rouge River Center. Parking is free at the Belle of Baton Rouge parking garages which are about 2 blocks away. Flat rate and hourly rate garages and lots are nearby as well as metered spaces. The City of Baton Rouge manages the Baton Rouge River Center on St. Lewis Street. These parking garages can hold up to 1,300 vehicles.
