WIN GREAT PRIZES IN THE FIRST ANNUAL LOUISIANA MARATHON COSTUME CONTEST – SUNDAY

Join us in the First Annual Costume Contest during the Louisiana Marathon and Half Marathon on Sunday for a chance to win great prizes. Judges will be on the course and streaming a Live Facebook Feed on Park Blvd at Mile 2.

Winners will receive:

  • 1st Place – $500 Visa Gift Card + 2019 Louisiana Marathon Entry
  • 2nd Place – $400 Visa Gift Card + 2019 Louisiana Marathon Entry
  • 3rd Place – $300 Visa Gift Card + 2019 Louisiana Marathon Entry

HOW TO PLAY

There are two divisions:

  1. Runner Division
  2. Aid Station Division

Costumed-runners must flash their bibs to the judges. Aid-Station captains must send a picture of their group as instructed by the Volunteer Coordinator. Judges will be from the Lewis Companies, The Advocate and the Louisiana Marathon Race Krewe.

AWARDS PRESENTATION

Winners will be selected at the Finish Festival at 1:00 PM Sunday. Aid-Station captains will be notified in advance if they have made the Top 3 so they can send a representative to accept their award.
